This professional development offering is designed to support school leaders—administrators and curriculum supervisors—who are looking to strengthen their work in STEM education. Whether you're just starting out or already have initiatives in place, you’ll have the opportunity to be coached in areas that matter most to your school’s goals. We’ll explore how to build an integrated STEM approach that connects science, technology, engineering, and math through meaningful, project-based learning. If you choose, we can focus on how to create vertically aligned curricula, support teacher development, or foster equitable access for all students, especially those underrepresented in STEM. We can also look at ways to establish community and industry partnerships that enhance real-world learning. You’ll be able to work through your own challenges and priorities with guidance tailored to your specific context.

In addition, this offering includes support in Educational Technology planning, purchasing, and implementation—another area where you can choose to receive coaching based on your school’s needs. Whether you're looking to evaluate your current hardware, plan future purchases, or align with instructional goals, we can work through strategies together. We will discuss how to leverage government funding sources, and how to ensure purchases are sustainable and audit-ready. You’ll be able to get help thinking through technology lifecycles, infrastructure, compatibility, and support systems.
