In recent years, particularly following increased screen exposure during COVID-19, understanding technology's impact on student development, mental health, and academic performance has become imperative for educators. Jonathan Haidt's "Anxious Generation" research has sparked necessary conversations about digital boundaries, but practical implementation requires coordinated efforts between schools and families.

This workshop equips educators with evidence-based strategies to address technology's challenges in educational settings while developing frameworks to support parent partnerships. Participants will gain practical tools to foster healthy technology use that enhances rather than hinders student development.
