Teaching students to persevere through academic and personal challenges is crucial in a rapidly evolving educational landscape. This workshop will address the questions many educators face: How do we help students regain confidence after setbacks? How can we shift focus from grades to the learning process? With insights drawn from Carol Dweck's extensive research on Growth Mindset, this workshop aims to equip educators with practical strategies to promote student resilience, encouraging them to embrace challenges and value growth over fear of failure.

Participants will explore the importance of nurturing a Growth Mindset culture within their classrooms, unraveling techniques to support self-reflection, motivation, and academic perseverance. The workshop will provide analytical perspectives on implementing frameworks such as feedback loops, self-assessments, and assessments aligned with Growth Mindset principles.
