About the presenter
Hollis Dannaham, M.Ed., is a coach, mentor, and workshop facilitator for Hidden Sparks, with 30 years of experience as a learning specialist, special educator, and consultant. She founded Transform Boundaries, a consulting firm dedicated to creating innovative programs for complex learners. Hollis has worked as the Director of Academic Intervention at Explore Charter School and co-created the Carmel Alternative High School for at-risk teens. Her extensive background includes work at the Student Success Center at All Kinds of Minds, focusing on empowering diverse learners.
About the presenter
Deanna Stecker is Hidden Sparks’ differentiated instruction consultant and a learning specialist with over 25 years of experience in Jewish day schools, including 15 years as Coordinator of Learning Support at Schechter Manhattan. Deanna excels at mentoring educators and implementing evidence-based instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs. She previously worked at the National Center for Learning Disabilities, where she developed literacy programs and led professional development workshops. Deanna holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Educational Psychology: Reading Specialist from Teachers College, Columbia University.
