Deanna Stecker is Hidden Sparks’ differentiated instruction consultant and a learning specialist with over 25 years of experience in Jewish day schools, including 15 years as Coordinator of Learning Support at Schechter Manhattan. Deanna excels at mentoring educators and implementing evidence-based instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs. She previously worked at the National Center for Learning Disabilities, where she developed literacy programs and led professional development workshops. Deanna holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Educational Psychology: Reading Specialist from Teachers College, Columbia University.
