Naomi Lamb is a seasoned educator and school leader with a deep and varied background in both general and special education. Over the course of her career in Yeshivas and Day Schools, she has served as a teacher, administrator, and head of school, bringing a unique blend of instructional expertise, operational insight, and wholehearted commitment to the success of students and educators alike. Her expertise in educational administration, innovation, and relationship management, coupled with her strengths in staff development, NYCDOE collaboration, and strategic planning, aligns seamlessly with The Jewish Education Project's work across the yeshiva day school field supporting instructional excellence, government program optimization, and strong school partnerships.
Naomi holds New York State Certifications in School Administration and Supervision, Special Education, and Elementary Education (K–6).
Naomi will execute The Jewish Education Project's Yeshiva Day School strategy, oversee professional development initiatives, provide guidance on substantial equivalency, and cultivate client-centered relationships with school leaders to empower schools to thrive.
