Faye Friedman

Faye Friedman is the Director of Educational Services at Jewish Educational Services in Baltimore, MD. She draws on more than 30 years of experience as a speech and language pathologist in both public and private schools, where working closely with students, their families and school staff helped her appreciate the power of a collaborative approach. She later earned a certificate in school administration from Johns Hopkins University, expanding her ability to support schools on a broader level. In her current role, Faye partners with pre-K to 12 educators to strengthen instruction, build effective student supports, and create environments where all children can succeed. She also mentors a team of professionals, offering practical guidance and helping them grow in their work. At the heart of Faye’s approach is building meaningful relationships with teachers, students, and families and making sure everyone involved in a child’s learning has what they need to thrive.
