Ellen Alt

Ellen Alt is the Artist-in-Residence at Park Avenue Synagogue and a founding member of Olam Arts. She specializes in integrating creative expression into classroom curricula, working with educators to design visual projects that enhance learning across all subjects and grade levels. Ellen coaches teachers in finding natural points within their existing curricula for creative assignments and supports them in implementing these projects with confidence. She has collaborated with numerous institutions, including Yeshiva Darchei Torah, Westchester Day School, and Beit Rabban, and presented at the Jewish Education Project's TJEP Day of Learning. Ellen holds an MA in Studio Art from NYU and a BFA in Art Education from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
